01 Acceptance of terms

Agile Infinity Digital Solutions ("Agile Infinity", "we", "us", "our") provides this website and its services subject to these terms. Continuing to use the site, submitting an enquiry, or signing a statement of work confirms your acceptance of the version of these terms current at that time.

02 Our services

We provide IT resourcing, structured training, technology consulting and tailored software delivery, including but not limited to:

• Generative AI application development
• Web application design and delivery
• Cloud solutions architecture and migration
• DevOps & CI/CD implementation
• IT training and upskilling programs

Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for a given engagement are set out separately in a proposal, statement of work or course enrolment — those documents take precedence over this page for the details of that engagement.

03 Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's data
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's normal operation
• Copy, scrape or republish site content without our written permission
• Use the contact or enrolment forms to submit false or misleading information

04 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website content — text, graphics, logos, course materials and code samples — remains the property of Agile Infinity Digital Solutions or our licensors. For consulting and development engagements, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless the relevant statement of work says otherwise; we retain the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks and know-how.

05 Engagements & payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in the proposal
• Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice, typically 14 days
• Training course fees are due prior to the course start date unless a payment plan has been agreed
• Late payments may incur interest and may result in a pause of services until resolved
• Cancellations and refunds are handled per the policy stated in your proposal or course enrolment confirmation

06 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or client information shared during an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. This obligation survives the end of any engagement.

07 Warranties & disclaimers

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill, consistent with recognised industry practice. Except as required by the Australian Consumer Law, our website and general content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Infinity Digital Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the affected service or refunding the fees paid for it.

09 Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement in line with the notice period set out in the relevant statement of work. We may suspend or terminate access to our website for anyone who breaches these terms.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal obligations. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision; continued use of our website after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
